Organize PDF pages

These tools change which pages a PDF has and in what order, without touching what is printed on each page. Use them to put several files together, pull out the pages you need, fix pages that came out sideways, or drop pages you do not want. Every tool runs inside your browser, so a contract or a scanned ID card never leaves your device.

Organize PDF

Which organize tool do I need?

To join several PDFs into one, use Merge PDF. To cut one PDF into smaller files, use Split PDF. To move pages around inside one file, use Organize PDF, which also duplicates pages and adds blank ones. To remove a few pages, Delete PDF Pages is the quickest. To fix pages that are upside down or sideways, use Rotate PDF.

Will organizing change the quality of my pages?

No. Merging, splitting, reordering, rotating and deleting copy each page exactly as it is. Text stays selectable, images keep their resolution, and the file is not compressed. Links inside a page keep working. Bookmarks and form fields can be lost when pages move between files, and each tool page says what it keeps.

Can I organize a scanned PDF?

Yes. A scan is a PDF with one picture per page, and these tools move those pages like any other. If a scanner fed both sides of each sheet in two batches, the merge tool can interleave the front and back pages back into the right order.

What about password-protected files?

A PDF that asks for a password when you open it has to be unlocked first. Use Unlock PDF with the password you already have, organize the pages, then add a password again with Protect PDF if you need one.
